The First World War was finished on this day, 90 years ago. It was an international conflict with 19 countries and 70 million solders participating in it. Every of these countries suffered enormous destruction and loses and total number of killed and dead people was more than 79 million. Unfortunately, Serbia was on the first place with loses of 28%, 1, 3 million, of its total citizens.

The Executive Board of the Main Board of the Serbian Strength Movement – Bogoljub Karic had a regular session on Tuesday, November 4th when the Report about realization of the planned activities and tasks was discussed. Few days ago, Olli Ran, the European Commissioner, said that
Serbian Government decided that citizens will pay the disputed price of gasoline on two installments. Will see if that decision will help citizens to forget all corruption affairs discovered during fight between parties. According to our experience from the past it is going to be one more unsuccessful try to stop criminal and corruption because it all starts from the top of power.
It is very interesting that officials from the G17+ are involved in almost all affairs and that Cedomir Jovanovic, leader of the LDP is discovering it. When we talk about gasoline – Jovanovic has accused Mladjan Dinkic too and TV B92 is one of the televisions which reports about it regularly.
I am citing comments of the TVB92 in this affair – import of the Russian gasoline through 37 or even more agents which resulted increase of the price for 60% – “current condition of corruption and criminal in our nation” is following:
“I think that Mr. Jovanovic did a right thing insisting that the public should know the truth. He is right, people have to know the truth, but he should not use it in political contest and accuse innocent people “, said Dinkic.
Rise of the price of telephony is, as RATEL explains, good in order to attract potential buyers and create competition to the Telecom Serbia.
I have never heard such illogical and unreasonable explanation that the rise of price of the telephony will create the market and competition. When we talk about the competition is there any sense in protecting their price, instead of letting them give the best offer to the users. Prices of the telephony are falling down all over the world; it is almost price less everywhere in order to increase use of it.
Mr. Jovan Radunovic, president of the Managing Board of the Republic agency for telecommunication, points out that it is necessary to make rebalance, in other words rise, of the price in order to provide adequate value of the market. When the appointing of incompetent and uneducated people to the important public positions will stop? Isn’t it logical that the value of the market proportional to the number of users, not to the price of the services. The Ministry of the telecommunication thinks that the rice of price is necessary because the current price has not been changed for very long time. What can we say to that opinion of the people our citizens have chosen on the election? The least thing we can say that it is hypocritical.

Recommendation of Mr. Olli Ran, European Commissioner for extension, that Serbia should one-sided activate this agreement, is unclear because it is not known that any country applied this agreement one-sided.
I think that our Government has to present us all conditions and demands for the membership in the EU, to create all necessary laws and to wait with its adoption until activation of the Agreement, otherwise it could be very bad for
Serbian Strength Movement – Bogoljub Karic had also a severe reaction, at the time of parliamentary election, on scheduling election without forming Supervising Committee, an independent body of Serbian Parliament to supervise a legality and regularity of the whole process of election. Unfortunately, besides reaction and official request of the Movement, this independent body was never formed and there is no actual control of work of Republic Election Commission. Except this, at the time of parliamentary election, the Constitutional Court was not formed either, so there was no any protection of irregularity for parties who participated on this election.
Mr. Miodrag Radivojevic, an Associate of the Institute for political studies was talking, on the News, about tycoons and financing of parties. He said that rich men are financing all significant parties in
- They are not risking: they put money on several players and one of them will certainly be a winner. Of course, they take the profit from their investment after the elections. When the politicians, financed by them, form the Government, these tycoons get privileged position in the most profitable deals in the country. The money they invest in political parties is always a very good investment for them. Problems begin when businessmen wish to become politicians, just as Bogoljub Karic who obviously thought that it would have been much better for him to keep the money instead of paying politicians”.
If someone wanted to find the worst possible time for election and to drive away attention of voters from the fact who is going to be their president for next four years would not be able to predict, even in dreams, this kind of situation. The predictable thing was that this short campaign will have many days of holidays – two days for New Year, two days for Christmas, St. Stevan family feast, at least one day for Serbian New Year and finally St. Jovan, on the very day of election! The thing that was possible but not completely predictable was bad weather. After few mild winters Serbia has faced very cold, icy weather this year. This election will show if weather is a climate or political phenomena. And what will have more influence on final result. The only certain thing right now is that there are nine candidates on this election. Eight men and Milanka Mara Karic!

You have published an article in the edition of your magazine from 17th of July «Robbing a state made them owners of Serbia» with false facts about real estates of Karic family. You maliciously claim that Bogoljub Karic recorded his property under names of his family members. Let me remind you that real estates are not jewelry or clothing to put it in safe or to hide it. It has to be recorded and available for public check. So there is no «official» and «unofficial» ownership. There is only scrupulous and unscrupulous source of information.
Full professors of Belgrade University, dr. Jovan Rankovic and dr. Kostadin Pusara were guests on TV Kopernikus in Nis on Thursday, 21st of June. In one hour of program they discussed about privatization in Serbia, real debts of our country and possibility of recovering huge systems such as Electronic and Mechanical industries in Nis. Great part of their discussion was about exile of the leader of Serbian Strength Movement, Bogoljub Karic. Professor Pusara said:

BJK: I intensively follow all political, but also economical, events in Serbia and I think that the most important is that our citizens understand and recognize that Serbia needs strong political and economical relations both with Europe and America. Their interest is not to leave Serbia aside. They need Serbia and we have to use it very smart.

Despite the fact that there is an investigation of his business affairs in “Mobtel”, Bogoljub Karic says that he is innocent and his brother Dragomir announces candidacy of Bogoljub on following presidential election in Serbia.
Do you really think that Bogoljub could be a serious opponent to Boris Tadic and Tomislav Nikolic on presidential election?
- On the last presidential election Bogoljub has changed political scene of Serbia completely when he won third place with 600.000 votes. He is going to be in the finish of this election for sure.
Is his wife Milanka going to manage his campaign?
- No, Bogoljub is going to do it personally, from Serbia if our authorities accept to issue him residential certificate.
I SUPPORT PRIME MINISTER KOSTUNICA
Pravda: Where are you? What are you doing? What are you occupied by?
BJK: Unfortunately, I am still out of Serbia! Is it more important where I am then why I am exiled? Me, leader of the party that was third strongest party at that time, according to all researches. That was the same position as mine on presidential elections in 2004. To tell you the true, I was expecting that the executive authorities would face the true that only way out of this crisis for Serbia is dealing with economic problems, straightening of democracy and rule of law… No country whose legal integrity was based on blackmailed people could pass transition successfully. In that case organized criminal rules the country according to its interests. It is very hard to change rule of “Ministers fiefs” in those conditions. That is a reason for few small parties to consider themselves as “exclusive club of democratic options”. They strongly fight to remain things as they are and we really need people with new ideas, creatives who would make something new, original and specific of Serbia. We do not need copy of something already seen. We need people who are capable to employ inner capacities of millions of unemployed people in Serbia. There is no way out from this crisis without that. Is there any country that became rich with one fifth of unemployed citizens?! People from the Government are aware of their destiny when after first 100 days of their Government they have to increase prices of most necessary groceries (bread, oil, meat and probably milk), when destiny of Kosovo and Metohija depends on interest of two most powerful countries and our Government has nothing to add to it.
Bogoljub is not in Budva
One Karic really was a guest of Splendid hotel in Budva, unfortunately, it was not Bogoljub.
Is it true, as «Kurir» wrote that Bogoljub Karic was a guest in the same apartment as Mick Jagger was in Splendid hotel in Budva?
- It is true that one Karic was a guest in «penthouse» apartment of Splendid hotel in Budva. He even had a pleasure, thanks to Raka Maric, manager of Rolling Stones, to be invited to a special dinner in honor of the Rolling Stones. Unfortunately, it was not Bogoljub.
Further medical treatment of Bogdan Bukumirovic, from Gorazdevac, near Pec, who was badly wounded five years ago in the attack of the Albanian terrorists, will finance Dragomir J. Karic, deputy of the president of the Serbian Strength Movement – Bogoljub Karic. The young man will also, as Karic promised, get a scholarship.
We have already achieved a good election result only by participating in the elections despite of all pressures and persecution of Bogoljub and our members.
A campaign of the Serbian Strength Movement, even though it is very modest, was very interesting for voters and Dragomir J. Karic, deputy of the president, expects good result on the elections.
- What kind of result on the election you expect? What would be a success for the SSM BK?
- Considering all problems we had, a persecution of our president Bogoljub Karic and other members, blockade of the Movement in all media, I can say that the fact that we are participating in this election is already a good election result for us.
- Are you satisfied with a campaign?
- Yes of course. We managed to present to the citizens all messages that they all have in their hearts: “We will not give

Is it hard to be a mother and to be engaged in politics?
MMK: It is hard but possible. Being a mother of four children is the most beautiful thing that nature and God could give to me. I am certain that more women like me would make an efficient Parliament.
Are you in contact with your husband, since he is “person non grata” in Serbia?
When we asked Milanka Mara Karic does Dragan Dzajic should defend while a free she said that she feels sorry for Dzajic and others who were arrested.
All of them have right to defend from freedom. It was, in a first place, arrest for media and I can’t see for whose interest it was. It certainly is not an interest of justice and we have proved, once again, that this is not a country of legality. This is a country without any law and order, said Mara Karic.
Karic family attorney in indictment of “Mobtel”, Mr. Milorad Panjevic, denies claims in some media that Bogoljub and Sreten Karic decided to follow steps of Mirjana Markovic and her son Marko Milosevic and to seek for asylum from Russian authorities. Panjevic categorically denies that either of Karic brothers seeks for Russian asylum and says that articles in Serbian media are, at least, astonishing.
